Manage Product Tags in Liqnic Admin

In this guide, you’ll learn how to manage product tags in your admin panel.

View Product Tags

Product tags allow you to group products by common attributes, such as electronics or clothing.

To view product tags:

1. Go to Settings → Product Tags.
2. You’ll see a list of all product tags in your store.
3. Use search, filter, and sort to find a specific tag.

Create Product Tag

To create a product tag:

1. Go to Settings → Product Tags.
2. Click the Create button.
3. Enter a value for the tag in the Value field (e.g., “Digital”).
4. Click Create when done.

View Product Tag Details

To view a product tag’s details:

1. Go to Settings → Product Tags.
2. Click on a product tag from the list.

This opens the Product Tag Details page.

Edit Product Tag Details

To edit a product tag:

1. Go to the product tag’s details page.
2. Click the ⋮ icon in the first section’s header.
3. Choose Edit.
4. In the side window, edit the tag’s Value.
5. Click Save when done.

Manage Products in a Tag

You can assign or update the tag of a product from the product’s details page.

Manage Product Tag Metadata

Metadata is custom key-value data associated with a product tag, often for integrations or additional information.

To manage metadata:

1. Click the ⋮ icon in the Metadata section.

2. In the side window:

   • Manage key-value pairs in the table.
   • To add a new row:
     • Hover over a row → click the ⋮ icon → choose Insert row above or Insert row below.
   • To delete a row:
     • Hover → click the ⋮ icon → choose Delete row.

3. Click Save when done.

Delete Product Tag

Warning: Deleting a product tag is irreversible.

1. Go to the product tag’s details page.
2. Click the ⋮ icon in the first section’s header.
3. Choose Delete.
4. Confirm deletion by clicking Delete in the pop-up.
